What is a good estimate on replacing a head-gasket for my car?
I'm having overheating problems, and I'm not sure whether it's the thermostat, or the head gasket. I figured I'd ask for a guesstimate on here, before I get an estimate at a garage.
It's a 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
Symptoms:
Overheating in about 3 miles.
Coolant leak in front end of engine.
